Complex Bin Cleaning FAQs
Can the body corporate pay for all the bins?
Yes. Most providers invoice the body corporate or managing agent. Some can bill individual owners; ask.
Do residents need to be home?
No, as long as the provider can reach the bins. Notify residents of the cleaning day.
What if the bins are in a locked area?
Arrange keys or a security escort and name an on-site contact.
Is a site visit needed?
For larger complexes, usually yes. It lets providers check access, water and the bin area before quoting.
Can the bin area be cleaned on the same day?
Often, yes. Ask for it in your request, as it is usually priced separately.
